  • Adults: Beginner fitness level welcomed.
  • Speed, footwork, developing powerful punches through dynamic training routines
  • Conditioning, agility drills, and technique practice.

Coach Milli

Coach Milli, brings a wealth of athletic expertise and passion to every session. As a Quarterback trainer with RRQB, he excels in enhancing precision, agility, and explosive power. Since stepping into the boxing ring in July 2022, he has built an impressive record with over 10 amateur fights, showcasing his discipline and resilience. In 2024, Coach Milli completed his first Cowtown Full Marathon with a remarkable time of 3:31:35, finishing 122nd out of 1,471 overall and placing 13th out of 149 males in the 25-29 age group.
